Maxell Canada is introducing a new line of replacement batteries to satisfy the increasing power demands of feature rich digital camera models in a rapidly expanding category.

The new line includes seven models of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and a non-rechargeable primary lithium battery that together are compatible with the majority of digital cameras currently on the market.

The lithium-ion rechargeable Maxell Digital Camera Battery line-up includes (with camera brand compatibility in parentheses) the DC 3711 (Fuji, Toshiba, Kodak), DC3790 (Fuji, Pentax), 3772 (Kodak), the DC 3777 (Canon Elph), DC 3778 (Canon S30/40), the DC 7465 (Nikon) and DC7466 (Nikon).  The non-rechargeable primary lithium replacement battery (Olympus, Kodak, Casio) is the CR-V.
